Fundraising advisory · Europe ⇄ Gulf
I'm a former VC who deployed €50M+ across European tech. Now I work alongside founders to sharpen their investment case, build their fundraising materials and run a disciplined fundraising process, from investor targeting through to close.
A 30-minute conversation about your raise and where I can help.

Why rounds stall
Maybe you're already in conversations that aren't moving. Maybe you haven't started, but something doesn't feel ready. Three common reasons:
I help you find where conviction breaks down and what needs to change.
Investors understand the product, but don't see a compelling reason to back the business.
The amount, milestones and supporting evidence don't tell one consistent story.
VCs, angels, family offices and private capital all back different things, and a list scraped together from LinkedIn is not a target list. Twelve months can disappear finding out which is which.
How I work
I work alongside you to prepare the round and support the live raise. Where we start depends on your business, your materials and the conversations already underway.

Engagement 02
Ongoing support from investor outreach through to close
I help build your investor pipeline, sequence outreach and make selective introductions, with hands-on support through meetings, follow-ups and diligence.
The part nobody teaches
Who to approach first, when to follow up and how to build momentum. It's most of what separates the rounds that close from the ones that stall.

Before we speak
Founders with operating experience, technical depth or early traction who need help building a stronger investment case and running their raise. That includes first-time fundraisers and experienced founders.
I'm not the right fit if you want only investor introductions, guaranteed funding or a success-fee-only arrangement. If the business needs more validation before fundraising, I'll say so and suggest a useful next step.
You can start before approaching investors or while your raise is underway. Bring whatever materials you have, even if the deck and model are unfinished.
You can. Most founders do, and it takes longer than they expect, DocSend's pre-seed data puts the average unsuccessful raise at around five months of pitching.
The real cost isn't the months. It's that every investor you pitch badly is one you can't easily go back to. There are perhaps forty funds that genuinely fit your stage and sector, and a first meeting only happens once. I help you spend that time getting second meetings rather than rewriting the deck, and walk into each one knowing what you'll be asked.
A paid retainer based on scope, with an agreed success fee where applicable. I outline the terms after understanding the work required.
